The Gefran GFX4-60-0-2-F-E5 (Geflex) is a four independent loop controller designed to manage electrical power. It is a compact unit integrating a controller, solid state relay, current transformers, and optional fuses-holder, resulting in space and cabling savings.
The GFX4-60 manages a maximum contemporaneous power of 60kW @480V, with a nominal current of 32A per zone. Each zone can reach up to 15.3kW. The unit includes 4 universal main inputs, 4 heat/cool independent PID controls, 4 main outputs internally wired to the SSR, 4 configurable auxiliary analog inputs (option), 4 configurable outputs (relay/logic/TRIAC/continuous), 2 configurable relay alarm outputs, and 2 digital inputs.
Geflex controls the four loop controllers autonomously, providing complete diagnostics including loaded current, zone control, and alarm states. A step-by-step software configuration tool is available for application-specific setup.
Communication options include standard Modbus RTU and optional fieldbus: Profibus DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, Modbus RTU, Ethernet Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP, EtherCAT, ProfiNET. The product ships with a standard configuration that is simple to modify.
